1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Fazah, operated by Percevio Labs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• The product is intended for university faculty, instructional staff, and authorized institutional administrators.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and activity under your account.
• Institution-managed accounts may be subject to additional policies from your university.

3. Acceptable use

• Upload only materials you have the right to use for teaching.
• Do not use the service to generate harmful, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform or underlying models.
• Respect student privacy and campus policies when sharing assignments or materials.

4. AI-generated content

AI outputs are assistive drafts. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, attribution, and suitability before use in class or publication.

Fazah does not use your course materials, prompts, generated content, chat messages, or student submissions to train, fine-tune, or improve our own models or any third-party foundation models. Your content is processed only to deliver the features you request, then retained according to this policy — not repurposed for machine-learning research or model development.

5. Plans, credits, and billing

Self-serve subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Stripe according to the plan selected at checkout. Institution-managed allocations are governed by your university agreement.

Credits reset or replenish per your plan terms. Unused credits may not roll over unless explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your uploaded course materials and outputs you create, subject to your institution's policies. Percevio Labs retains ownership of the platform, brand, and underlying software.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may request account deletion at any time; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Fazah is a teaching aid, not a substitute for professional academic judgment.
