Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Fazah uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and web application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use local storage and session storage for similar purposes — keeping you signed in and remembering preferences.

2. Cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — authentication tokens, session identifiers, and security cookies required to log in and use the product. The app cannot function without these.
  • Functional — language preference, UI state, and dismissed banners (for example trial or onboarding notices).
  • Analytics (if enabled) — aggregated usage metrics to understand feature adoption and improve reliability. We do not use analytics cookies to profile you for advertising.

3. Third-party cookies

Payment checkout may set cookies when you are redirected to Stripe's hosted payment page. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

We do not permit advertising networks to set tracking cookies on the authenticated teaching workspace.

4. Your choices

  • You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of Fazah AI.
  • Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not uniformly supported; we honor applicable consent requirements in jurisdictions that require them.
  • For questions about specific cookies in your deployment, contact your institutional admin or our support team.

5. How long cookies last

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent authentication cookies typically last up to 30 days unless you sign out sooner. Analytics cookies, if used, generally expire within 13 months.
